If the vendor accepts returns, simply return the like-new, resalable item within 14 days of the shipping date. If the item was damaged or you received the wrong item, we will initiate an exchange. Please initiate all returns using our online system by logging into your account . We cannot guarantee your refund unless you use our online return process. Custom-made and hand-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns for items purchased from partner sites need to be returned there.
Sending your return
We'll provide a prepaid return label. Please return the item in like-new, resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged product packaging. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged or you received the wrong item.
Once we receive your returned item, it takes about 7-10 business days to process the return. We'll credit the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return and the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. But all you need to do is reorder the item you want, and return the unwanted one to us.
